Levels of Service

Basic Service Includes:
- Diassemble pipette.
- Clean interior and exterior.
- Install new seal and/or relubricate according to manufacturers recommendation.
- Assemble pipette.
- Recalibrate at high, mid and low volumes.
- Record 4 handwritten readings at the high volume.
- Apply sticker with date of service and date due for next service.
- Six Month Service Warranty.

Premium Service Includes:
- Diassemble pipette.
- Clean interior and exterior.
- Install new seal and/or relubricate according to manufacturers recommendation.
- Assemble pipette.
- Recalibrate at high, mid and low volumes.
- Record 5 readings at both the high and low volumes.
- Print out computer generated Certificate of Calibration for each pipette.
- Apply sticker with date of service and date due for next service.
- Six Month Service Warranty.

ISO-17025 Service Includes:
- Diassemble pipette.
- Clean interior and exterior.
- Install new seal and/or relubricate according to manufacturers recommendation.
- Assemble pipette.
- Recalibrate at high, mid and low volumes.
- Record 4 readings at the low, mid and high volumes.
- Print out ISO-17025 Certificate of Calibration for each pipette.
- Apply sticker with date of service and date due for next service.
- This service is done according to ISO 8655 Specifications.
- Six Month Service Warranty.
